SCOPE OF SERVICES
Lawn Care: Includes custom blended treatments for turf damaging insects, fire ants, certain diseases and essential nutrients. Post-emergent weed control will be applied throughout the year with a pre-emergent applied in late Winter early Spring. Damage resulting from nematodes, boring insects or any other that have no control methods are not included.
Carpet, Crab, Bermuda, and Alexander grasses have no weed control available.
Your Oasis is not responsible for the control of these weeds or damages occurred.
Pest Control: Covers the following pests: Roaches, Spiders, Household Ants, Wasps and Occasional Invaders Your Oasis agrees to provide additional treatments, at no additional charge, above and beyond the regular services. Services do not include Bed Bugs, Mice, Rodents, Fire Ants, Termites and/or Wood Destroying Organisms.
Yard to Kitchen: Your Oasis will combine our Lawn Care and Pest Control.
Irrigation Maintenance: Includes quarterly monitoring of your current irrigation system. Includes the cleaning and adjustments of current placement of sprinkler heads.
YOUR OASIS GUARANTEE
Your Oasis will ensure that extra services will be provided at the highest level at no additional cost for the customer, to resolve any issues. If issues are not resolved within 30 days, Your Oasis will refund your last service investment 100%.
Your Oasis will replace any grass or shrubs that die due to insect damage while under our care at no charge.
Pesticides: All pesticides will be used in accordance with label directions and specifications.
Limitation of Liabilities: Customer expressly releases Your Oasis from any liability from any claim for personal injury (including stings and bites from pests) property damage including the structure and contents from pests.
Customer Obligations: Customer agrees to allow access and availability to provide treatments as deemed necessary.
The customer ensures that they will follow recommended watering and mowing practices.
The customer agrees to provide appropriate sanitation and corrective construction repairs when needed.
The customer agrees to notify Your Oasis with any current or potential pest/lawn problems once observed.
Customer agrees to receive text messages from Your Oasis Outdoor Care
Failure to fulfill these obligations will relieve Your Oasis of its guarantees. 30-day cancelation policy with agreement.
